Now then I think everyone who ever wears makeup think about whether they are removing their makeup in the right way or not; and frankly I don't think there is a right or wrong way. It depends on you because you know how much makeup you put on. Like I said everyone is different your if your way of doing things is good then don't change it, but this is how I remove my makeup. (^-^)
First of all I remove any eye lashes that I may have put on and clean them ( I'll do another post on that later). Then I would use a generous amount cleansing milk and rub it all over my face, except eyes, and do that for a minute or two. Now I would use cotton pads to remove the cleaning milk, let me say this putting it on is really fun and makes you feel really good but when you see what comes off on the cotton pad its like WOOOOOWWWW all of that was on my face the entire day :O !!! Anyway back to removing it, I usually do this twice or three times. This depends what on the second time pads look like, if it still has a fair amount of make up on then repeat the process. I know you guys are think why am I spending so much time on this why not just use makeup wipes and be done? Well, basically I find that if you just use wipes you don't get all the make up off and thinking that you removed it all and then put moisturizers on top of that can lead to having spots and I don't want spots!
That is not all, I continue with a cleansing water or toner do this once because by this stage pretty much all of your make up would have come off. I usually wait for the water to dry and then use a facial wipe to just make sure you really have no make up left on your face.
Now you didn't think I had forgotten about my eye make up did you?!?!
Use eye makeup removal, I recommend actually using a removal specifically for your eyes because the formula is or should aim to break down makeup in a more sensitive way than other formulas. You should wet cotton pads and then placed on your eyes for a few seconds, holding it still or wiggle it about a little it. Then pull down and wipe off the excess, of course repeat with the other eye.
