Lioele Glittering Jewel Eyeliner

Hi All,

As part of my haul from the last post; this post is about Lioele Glittering Jewel Eyeliner.
I really bought this on a whim, my Etude House eye liner is running low and it was out of stock when I wanted to buy it and well I thought this might be the next best thing.

I got this in No 2, Brown. It is actually much darker than the colour shown on the model.

It is a very soft and glide well when applying; very pigmented there are tiny little glitter particles in the liner itself, note the name. Although you really have to look and concentrate on it to really see it; it lasts all day without topping up which is a plus. It doesn’t smudge even if you rub your eyes; it doesn’t move at all plus this is very water proof I am actually super surprised about this ( will come off with makeup removal I used Bifesta eye makeup removal). This should be a favourite in the hay-fever season.

I would say over all it is a bit better than my Etude House liner I love so much.

One down side to this is that it is not up to the usual Korean make up technology, its one of those eye liners that you have to actually sharpen yourself. I am so used to not having do this, I don’t actually own a sharpener anymore! I am annoyed that I have to sharpen this but apart from that I totally recommend this. I have yet to find a reasonably priced eye liner that has this sort of ability. This was $5.55 so at the current exchange rate this is just over £4!!!

So ladies go one and treat yourself, there are 10 colours (if not more) to pick from as well. ;)

Until next time

XOXO

SkinFood Vita Water Stain Concealer

Hi All,

I have just received my order from Jolse.com today and the goodies are wonderful!
I bought:
SkinFood concealer
Innisfree Serum
Lioele Glittering Jewel Liner

Today I’ll be telling you about SkinFood concealer.

The one I got is SkinFood Vita Water Stain Concealer. It looks like this:

SkinFood_Vita_Water_Stain_Concealer_6.5g

This comes in 2 shades #1 Light Skin #2 Natural Skin. This was $6.98, Jolse are doing some sort of discount right now so even cheaper.
This was actually bigger than I expected. I was expecting this to be the same size as my Etude House Surprise Essence Concealer 6g, but its looks way bigger it contains 6.5g. amazing how the .5g makes the container look so big.
I got one in no. 2. I initially thought that this was way too light for skin tone right, its summer so I am more tanned.

It’s actually perfect for under eye concealing. Be warned though a little does go a long way. It has high coverage, slight floral scent but very subtle, looks very natural and it is not cakey at all so if you need to you can build on this.

If you want to be picky it does set into fine lines a bit but a little power can solve this, it does however set matte. If you like dewy look this is not for you.
Overall colour is good will be better when my skin lightens for winter purely because the colour will match a little better. The coverall is exactly what I want. High! I need to cover up how tired I am LOL.

So would I recommend this? YES! Totally worth it, great value as well.

Untl next time

Kanebo ICHIKAMI Hair Treatment Water

Hi All,

I have been up to no good and ordered more goodies from SaSa. (>.<) This time my order was separated into 2 and the first batch has arrived. yaayyyy!!!!

So this time there are a few different points to note with SaSa; firstly they separated my order and it is coming from their Singapore branch not HK. Its been about week since the initial order and I think it will take another week for the second batch to arrive.

Right then lets get into this lush hair goodie that I got. It looks like this  ===>

Kanebo ICHIKAMI Hair Treatment Water
If you have read my other posts I'm sure I mentioned that I cannot read Japanese. How did I know what it was, I hear you ask? Well SaSa told LOL!

OK Sorry lets get down to the product. As we all can see it comes in a black bottle with cute cherry blossoms on the front, I am the worst person ever for cute looking products, but this one kind of grabbed me because it has a floral scent!! Haha if its not one thing its the other! That sound super stupid but 90% of the time the products that I end up getting are good ones.

So the actual product: it is thicker than water and at first it felt kind of oily but as you work it into your hair it gets all nice and smooth. love that feeling! I first used it on dry hair purely as a testing to make hair smell nice and floral and it works. (^ ^)

So as it said it was a hair treatment water, I understood that it was a mist of some sort to just make your hair smell nice and help keep it tame but its actually more like a leave in conditioner, well I think it is. it has amazing floral smell i cant get over it, LOL. thb i think the scent is what makes this product special for me.
That pretty much the product. pretty basic.

So would I recommend this?
Not really you can get a normal leave in conditioner from Aussie and it smells as nice. PS my hair hates Aussie shampoo range I'm allergic to it. :c

Would I buy this again?
Maybe purely because of the scent you can't really get that in the UK.

well hope that helps if you were thinking of buying this.

that's all for now.

Missha All Around Safe Block Waterproof Sun SPF50+ 50ml

Hello beautiful people!

It is that time of year again, Spring!! It time to brace ourselves for the beautiful sighting of the sun. Its a sort of rare thing in this part of the world but never the less a bit of preparation never hurts. ^-^

OK, so this year I have decided to give Missha All Around Safe Block Waterproof Sun SPF50+ at 50ml ago. I have been using BB creams all winter with a minimum of SPF20 and I don't know why but I only really use sun cream on my face in summer. Any who, this yeah Missha is the lucky product that I be using.

This is what it looks like --->
Missha All Around Safe Block Waterproof Sun SPF50+ 50ml

It comes in an equally bright box! It's not that bright there but in real its bright yellow!
Rightio, the cream is well as expected, white and has a heavy feel as you initially squeeze out the cream but once applied it feels very light and non sticky. As I have only just started using this I can't say for sure that I love it. But lets face it we all hate that greasy feel on our face especially in the summer, I mean come on sweat and grease that's not a good look! So it has major plus points for that. I usually get No. 7 sun cream but this year I'm going all out and trying something new. ^ . ~

Here's the specs:

This is obviously a sun cream with an edge! 7 kind of oriental tea extracts WOW!

From my personal experience so far its a good quality sun cream and I won't say I definitely recommend it as it's only been a short time since I've used it, but it is a good one.

I will update this post once I am satisfied with how long I've used it for.

until then

Etude House Sweet Recipe Cup Cake All Over

Hello everyone,

First of all I would like to say OMG!!!! Today I will be sharing this amazing product with you all, its the the Etude House Sweet Recipe Blush.

It is simply amazing! So I have now been using it for over 2 months daily and well I love it.

The product: I got the peach one and its well a creme blush so lovely and creamy and it has a peachy smell, a bonus for me. I have tried using fingers and brush to apply this and I found that brush works best, sometimes your finger melts the product too fast and it kind of goes places you don't want it to and then you have to remove it and reapply. Its a hassle in my book! So yes brush works best but be warned a little goes a long way.

It does take some time to blend but well worth the effort.

It claims to be multi-functioning product; I tired it on my lips but it just dried my lips out! Personally I think its too creamy to use as eye shadow but you can try it out (^ - ^)

So here's a selection of colours for you to choose if you want to try it out.

Etude House Sweet Recipe Cup Cake All Over

The Verdict: I would totally recommend this but please don't use this as a base to your every day blush you will looks like well a fool! Unless that's the look your going for.  (^ . ~)

So yes this is ideal for any time of day with a little bit of bronzer and your good to go! It might not be the best product to try out if your just starting to use make up but by all means ladies give it a go you won't know until you try.

Well that's all for today,

Until next time.

Holika Holika Cover&Hiding Stick Concealer

Hi everybody!!

Its been awhile since I've written a post, but here's one worth writing about. :D

Today I bring you Holika Holika concealer stick. this is what it looks like.

Holika Holika concealer

I have the one is shade no. 2 the natural beige, its the darkest shade, but there's only two, LOL! It is a perfect match for me I only have to lightly brush it and its all blended. AMAZING!!! Its all smooth and velvety, not too thick so it doesn't cake up your face, just lovely!

The not so good side...
you need to have fairly decent skin to use this, it doesn't cover everything like M.A.C or Benefit does!

I have to say though I am still amazed at the colour match, I mean the M.A.C concealer I have is either darker or lighter than me so this one I don't have to mix to get the right colour! BUT if your after something that has a higher coverage this is not for you!

I definitely recommend this its so easy to use! It has a creamy texture so you will only get what you need and won't over apply and really won't be wasting anything :)

Would I buy this again? YES!!

Well that's all for today,

until next time

Mizon Ultra Repair Wonder Cream 300ml

egg 08 Cute Egg EmoticonsHello everyone

Today I will be reviewing Mizon Ultra Repair Wonder cream

This is what it looks like ===>

Mizon: Ultra Repair Wonder Cream

Well the title pretty much says it all really this is supposed to be a repair cream for  dry skin. It's a face cream that supposed to help your skin become softer and re hydrate it. Well actually I think its a cream for all over, I don't really know its all in Korean!

OK so what the product is actually like, once you open the container its a normal basic white cream but once you smell it it has a citrus type of smell, I'm not a huge fan of the smell! Once you apply it it sort of melts onto the skin and absorbs in straight away, which is good for me anyway. I really do have to say it actually does what it says on the package! So I think this is good so far.

I previously had some tiny little spots on my face left over from whatever I'm allergic to and they really would not budge. After I applied this for the first time I noticed that it had actually gone down and now after about a week the spots are practically gone. :D
(NB: by spots I really don't mean the infected type they were more like little bumps)

So this one gets a thumbs up for now at least, I will do a follow up on this later after I have used it for longer.

Right then... Do I recommend this? Totally!! The smell isn't great but it words wonders!
see what I did there? ''wonders'' its a wonder cream? LOLS

Would I buy it again? well I can't really answer that now but I will in my follow up.

Well that's all for today.

Etude House Styling Eye Liner: Brown and Black

Hello everyone

Today I will be reviewing these eyeliners
qoo e985b7e584bf water droplet emoticon 37 Qoo Emoticons

Etude House Styling Eye Liner

In my previous post I mentioned that I got 2 colours, brown and black ( well actually the headings says it too LOLs)

OK so about the product they are both very pigmented, smooth when applying and it stayed on all day. I ready do mean that, it stayed all day when I was out and about and all night when I was on a night out, a very messy night out! In the morning I still had the eyeliner on!

This costs me like £2 or something like that, give or take and I really do think it was worth it, the quality of the product is very high! Probably close the M.A.C eyeliners. As you probably guessed I love makeup and I really do love, love, love Asian makeup, its at an affordable price and has higher quality that some high street brands in the UK.

So do I recommend this?? YES!!! It works well in all occasions, day and night! I think this is a must have for all beauty lovers!

Would I buy it again? YES! Didn't really have to ask that did we now! Definitely a repurchase item.

Well that's all for now, until next time

jolce.com: Haul and Service Review

Hello everyone!!

Its been awhile since my last post! But here's an interesting one! Well I hope its an interesting one :P

So I recently got back from Thailand and when I was in Thailand I was so excited to be buying all kinds of makeup and skincare products that we don't have in the UK and literally went mad and spent lots and lots of money on random things it was all so pretty and cute!!!

Anywho... the last week that I was there I wanted to buy things that I really wanted because it would be too expensive to buy once I'm here (UK); mostly because of postage. I am loving all kinds of Korean cosmetics and skincare products and as Thailand is pretty close and they have a lot of Korean brands out there it'd make sense that I buy it there.

But for a tiny moment when I was buying I had a casual moment of thought, and thought to myself ''oh I wonder how much these are if I got them online?!?!'' So, once I got back to the hotel did a little bit of screen shopping and well the results were not so pleasing!!!!

THEY WERE ALL CHEAPER TO GET ONLINE AND HAS BEEN THE ENTIRE TWO MONTHS I WAS BUYING IN THAILAND!!!!

At this point I wanted  to like scream and shout at myself! I mean it wasn't like it was just a couple of pennies it was pounds people, pounds £££!!! I cannot believe how much they are charging and I completely fell for the 'I'm in Thailand things must be cheaper here' line!! Seriously, like seriously!! Stupid!!

So as a result of my own stupidity I found a new website that sells a good range of Korean cosmetics and skincare and they are jolce.com. They have really good prices and offer free delivery!!!! And of course yours truly made a purchase. I wasn't really sure on what the products would be as they were a bit too good to be true so I ordered these as a test run ===>

Etude House Styling Eye Liner in brown and black and here's what it looks like.

Etude House Styling Eye Liner
And I also purchased this awesome looking thing purely becasue Wonder Woman is on it! :P Mizon Ultra Repair Wonder Cream and this is the big 300ml one. And this is what it looks like ===>

Mizon Ultra Repair Wonder Cream 300ml

This is my test run with this website and of course I had to run into some trouble didn't I!?!

So, at first they had options for picking which currency you prefer, and of course naturally I picked pounds (£) and when I was paying for the goods at checkout it had said that my order was £13.19 but when I paid with PayPay I was actually charged £16.36 and I know I should have double checked but I mean you have faith in them that they would be nice people, right?

Anyway, now if this had been a pound or so difference I would have counted it as currency exchange rate difference for that day but it was at least £3 so I contacted them and the reply was relatively fast considering some websites don't answer back at all! And after a few emails, they went a bit quiet so assuming they were working on why there was an issue there; I left them to it.

A few days later I got an email saying that my order had been shipped so I was like 'wwhhhaaattt!?!??!?!' So I emailed them saying I'm assuming you have come to  a conclusion on what you wanted to do with the difference? And drum rolls please!!

(OK that's not quite it but he looks so cute)

The have decided to refund the difference and have now removed the options for different currencies as they experienced the same issue when they tested it out!

I wrote this blog as I was experiencing everything and a few days ago I got my delivery, VERY
well packed everything in bubble wrap and it arrived before the 15 days that they estimated.

I'm sorry this is a long post for just 3 products, I wanted everyone to know that this is a good place to buy and they have a good customer service too! :) :)

So I definitely recommend them!!
Anyway that's all for today

PS sorry about all the cute lil things all over the text, I just found them and couldn't resist!

The Davis Hotel, Bangkok Thailand and a lil Rant...

Hello everyone!!

Its my last two weeks before I go back to England and I have been staying at this hotel, it is in the Sukhumvit area, soi 24. It has a au pon pain cafe under it and a starbucks in its side wing. So its really good for morning coffees!

The hotel itself has three different bits, the main wing, side wing and the spa section. First I have to say I booked through hotels.com and arrived at like 5am so I had to pay for an extra night, boooo!!!! But yeah the problem actually starts after I woke up!! Right, so apparently I didn't book the room with wifi included and I would have to pay, 199 baht for one day or 999 baht for a week worth of wifi! Lets just say the damn receptionist was being a lil bitch about it when I asked about it, I mean I only asked because I didn't know! I was really pissed off at how they treated my mum when she asked too. So with all this anger inside I went to the main wing and asked for an upgrade because they put me in the side wing and I was already not happy about it! And of course I got the upgrade and all seems to be OK but there was a fricking cockroach in the bathroom!!!! :O :O :O

OK so you might be thinking oh this is probably some cheapo hotel in Bangkok, right? NO, totally wrong!! This is a four star hotel and it used to be one of the most expensive and exclusive hotels around here, its not one anymore because there's a lot of new hotels popping up in the area, like the Hiltons and the competition is high so they dropped their prices a bit to make it more appealing, but its still pretty posh!!

Right so anyway, after that incident I called housekeeping and then got a call from the duty manager and I changed rooms. After all this I went down to get something to eat as I hadn't had anything to eat since I woke up, I was approached by the duty manager to say that they are upgrading me to a junior suit! Now your talking!!! ;) ;)

The junior suit s really nice, just like last time I came with dad! So yeah all is well now with the hotel I'm glad that the manger is still good, I mean really in Thailand even when you are in an expensive hotel the staff still looks down on you if you dress a certain way! Like really why?!?! People would not be staying here if they couldn't afford it right? I mean I can totally look down on the staff like how much do you earn a month? Can that be the same amount money that I am spending on this hotel in a week? NO!

BUT of course I didn't say that!! I can be pretty mean/ nasty when I am not treated right! Everything as been fine since then.

Oh one more thing taxi's don't really want to come to this area because there's a lot of traffic!

Anyway rant over...

I will blog more about Thailand when I get back

xoxo
